We offer most powerful and cost effective range of analytical balances, precision balances and digital scales with superb qualities. These outstanding, top quality instruments offer state-of-the art standard features at incredible prices. These super performers can easily handle anything your lab requires, now or in the future, yet they are simple to operate and priced right. Analytical balances are accurate and precise instruments used to measure masses. They require a draft-free location on a solid bench that is free of vibrations.

The weighing pan(s) of a high accuracy (0.1 mg, i.e.: 0.0001 g, or better) analytical balance are inside a see-through enclosure with doors so dust does not collect and so any air currents in the room do not affect the delicate balance. Also, the sample must be at room temperature to prevent natural convection from forming air currents inside the enclosure, affecting the weighing. Use these balances when you need high degree of precision up to 0.1 mg. Some modern balances have built-in calibration masses to maintain accuracy. Older balances should be calibrated periodically with a standard mass.

Weighing the analytical sample is often the first step of any quantitative analytical chemical method. To use the analytical balance effectively, the analyst must have a thorough knowledge of the construction, design, and operation of the balance. Furthermore, the correct use and interpretation of measurements made with the balance is dependent on an understanding of the absolute precision with which samples can be weighed.
